TERMS & CONDITIONS FOUNDATION
1. The fundamental objective of the Flower of Life Foundation is the long-term generation of sustainable funds, to be used exclusively for charitable donations, & supporting the activities of the foundation.
2. In accordance with the Swiss civil code of obligations, the Flower of Life Foundation is forbidden from changing it's fundamental objective.
3. The Flower of Life Foundation commits to donating exclusively from its interest or profit in order for the primary fund to grow continually.
4. Donations to the foundation can not be reimbursed.
5. Once outgoing donations from interest or profits become viable, Each benefactor will be contacted by e-mail for recommendations as to which charities should be short-listed for donation.
6. The Foundation reserves the right to decline the recommendation of any charity who's ethical code or objectives are not coherent with the statutes of the Foundation.
7. the Foundation will chose a range of suitable charities taking into account, but not limited exclusively to, the recommendations provided.
8. Each benefactor will receive a link by e-mail too an online survey of which charity is eligible to receive which proportion of the donations available.
9. Eligibility is determined by majority consensus. In order to avoid elitism, the majority is determined simply by numbers of votes, without taking into account the sum of individual donors.
10. The Foundation declines all responsibility for, & implication in, any conflict between it's benefactors concerning the eligibility of charities to receive funds donated.
11. Given that the Foundation is not actively involved in the activities of the charities to which it donates, it declines all responsibility for, & implication in, any misconduct or misappropriation of funds by these charities.
12. Once donations are economically viable, benefactors will receive an annual report by e-mail which includes full transparency on both operating costs & monies donated.
13. By contrast, In order keep operating costs to a strict minimum, it will not be possible to reply to e-mails individually.
14. Certificates of annual donations will be provided on request for tax purposes for donations of 25.- or more. This in order for admin costs not to exceed the value of the donation.
